Victoria Kuuleialoha “Ku” Cox, 53, of Waimea died April 13 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Kohala, she was a meat processor for Hawaii Beef Producers. Visitation 10-11 a.m. Sunday (May 22) at “The Deck” at Kahua Ranch, off Kohala Mountain Road. Memorial service at 11 a.m. Lunch to follow. Casual attire; no flowers. Survived by daughter, Heidi (Fatso Paiva) Cox of Paauilo; don, Tyler (La‘akea Bertelmann) Cox of Waimea; brother, Henry (Ann) Giltner of Waikoloa; sisters, Roberta (Alvin) Perez of Kohala, Tammy (Ted) White of Honokaa and Jamie (Klem) Kaniho of Waimea; four grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Robert William Duby, 76, of Hawi died April 13 at North Hawaii Community Hospital. Born in Rockingham, Vt., he was a small engine mechanic and U.S. Marine Corps veteran. Kimie Kinoshita, 93, of Pepeekeo died May 4 at Life Care Center of Hilo. Born in Honolulu, she was a housewife and member of Honomu Hongwanji Mission and Buddhist Women’s Association. Services held. Survived by husband, Hitoshi Kinoshita of Hilo; son, Wayne (Judy) Kinoshita of San Diego; daughter, Ruth Kinoshita of Pepeekeo; sisters, Ellen (Robert) Kinoshita of Hilo and Esther Mikaio of Honolulu; nieces and nephews.
